Our Goals

To contribute towards the improvement of the current as well as development of new curriculum and programme at Murang’a University of Technology.
To raise financial and material resources for efficient and effective teaching and learning as well as the general wellbeing of students and staff at Murang’a University of Technology; and
To develop and help maintain active alumni interactions and enhance the image of Murang’a University of Technology through self- enrichment, career development and role modeling in the wider society.

The ability to serve students, faculty and the community through scholarships, curriculum innovations and the latest technology is strengthened through donations to the annual fund. Gifts from alumni and friends help close the gap between state support and tuition and the actual costs of higher education

Objectives of MUTAA

To enhance and maintain links among members of the alumni and between alumni and Murang’a University of Technology.
To assist needy Murang’a University of Technology students by contributing to their academic requirements such as book allowances and financial scholarship support. To this end the Alumni will also support students to access University programmes.
To provide support to Murang’a University of Technology Library by donating and /or the assisting the library access information resources.
To provide incentives such as rewards to the best student academic performance, research and best alumni models with proven record of significant contribution to society and industry in Kenya.
To provide advice on the improvement of Murang’a University of Technology academic programme and to support University academic mobility, initiatives and programmes.
